It stores every completed citation prompt: the buyer question, distinct cited sources, which AI services cited each source, and the result for one optional page you choose to watch.
No. A citation tracker watches at most one page URL, shared by every prompt in it. Create another tracker when you want to watch a different page.
A source count is how many selected AI services cited that source in one completed prompt. It is not a prompt count.
Yes. An authorized agent can use the tracker MCP tools to list trackers and retrieve their stored reports.
Each saved prompt uses AI Citations pricing. One prompt costs $0.13 across the three default AI services or $0.20 across all five. Multiply that by the number of saved prompts. Tracker management and stored reports are free.
Runs use current AI-service prices up to the ceiling you authorize at activation. Cite42 pauses the tracker for review only when the current estimate rises above that ceiling.
